1. The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF AGUTAYA, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to apply the sum of Nineteen Million Two Hundred Sixty Five Thousand Five Hundred Thirty One and 25/100 pesos (PhP 19, 265, 531.25) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Upgrading/Concreting of Magakawa Road project. Bids in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Agutaya, Province of Palawan now invites eligible contractors to bid for the hereunder projects with an ABC of:
