The Barangay Villa Sol thru the MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF AGUTAYA, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to apply the sum of Three Million Nine Hundred Thousand Eighty Seven and 19/100 pesos (PhP 3, 900, 087.19) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Upgrading/Concreting of Villa Sol Farm to Market Road project. Bids in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
