PROCUREMENT FOR THE UPGRADING OF CCTV AND WI-FI ACCESS POINTS- IB NO. 2026-13
1) The West Visayas State University, through the Internally Generated Income (Unexpended Balances of 2025) intends to apply the sum of Four Million Pesos (PhP4, 000, 000.00) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement for the Upgrading of CCTV and Wi-Fi Access Points. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The West Visayas State University now invites bids for Procurement for the Upgrading of CCTV and Wi-Fi Access Points using the [State strategic consideration or procurement strategy, if any]. Delivery of the Goods is required 120 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
