1) The Municipal Government of Baler, through the SPECIAL EDUCATION FUND CY 2026, intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED TWENTY-THREE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FORTY PESOS ( PhP 523, 940.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF UNIFORM FOR APAA MEET, DEPED, BALER, AURORA (MGB-2026-ITB-023). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected a bid opening
2) The Municipal Government of Baler now invites bids for the PROCUREMENT OF UNIFORM FOR APAA MEET, DEPED, BALER, AURORA (MGB-2026-ITB-023). Completion of the Works required is THIRTY (30) CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents particularly in Section II Instruction to Bidders.
