Specifically, the objectives of the contract are: -Technologically renew fixed voice communications systems.-Guarantee the technological evolution of communications services consistent with market evolution and the appearance of new needs on the part of the City Council.-Provide greater voice communications services to City Council users, especially aimed at allowing mobility and teleworking.
