Description : The BAC will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the eligibility check/screening as well as the preliminary examination of bids. The BAC will conduct post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid.
Bid Documents are available during office hours at the BAC Secretariat Office, City Administrator-s Office and upon payment of a non-refundable amount of bid documents as stated above to the LGU Cashier, Office of the Treasurer.
All bid proposals should be received by the BAC Chairman/Secretariat on or before June 3, 2026 at 9:00AM at the BAC Meeting Room, City Administrator-s Office, Tabuk City Hall, Dagupan Centro, Tabuk City.
Bid opening shall be on June 3, 2026 at 9:00AM in the morning at the BAC Meeting Room, City Administrator-s Office, City Hall, Dagupan Centro, Tabuk City.
The Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids or part thereof, or to waive formality therein and/or to accept the bids as may be considered most advantageous to the Local Government Unit of Tabuk.
