The Local Government Unit of Kabugao, through Resolution No. 99 Series of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 200, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Two (2) Units Laptop for Municipal Treasury Office under Contract No. SF Goods 2026-131. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
