The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) hereby invites legally capable suppliers to submit bids for a Small Value Procurement for the PHIVOLCS requirement for "Procurement of Two (2) Unit Air Conditioner". The ABC is ₱ 300, 000.00



The opening of bids shall be on February 11, 2026, 1:30 PM at PHIVOLCS Bldg. C.P. Garcia Avenue, UP Campus, Diliman, Quezon City.



In view of the bidding, PHIVOLCS reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any formalities/Informalities therein and to accept such bids to may consider as most advantageous to PHIVOLCS and to the government as well.
