Procurement of Two (2) Brand New Utility Vans for the Office of the Solicitor General (OSG)
1) The Office of the Solicitor General, through the Agency Specific Budget of this Office for Capital Outlay (CO) under Republic Act (RA) No. 12314 or the General Appropriations Act of FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱2, 900, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Two (2) Brand New Utility Vans for the Office of the Solicitor General (OSG) / OSG PR No. 026-02-026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The OSG now invites bids for the Procurement of Two (2) Brand New Utility Vans for the Office of the Solicitor General (OSG). Units shall be delivered within thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
