The Police Regional Office 8 (PRO 8) through its Bids and Awards Committee, intends to undertake the “Procurement of Twenty-Four (24) Pieces of Reflex Optic Sight for Rifle for Tacloban City Police Office” with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) amounting to Five Hundred Twenty-Eight Thousand Pesos (PhP528, 000.00) thru Small Value Procurement in accordance with Section 34 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of R.A. No. 12009 or the New Government Procurement Act.
