In the framework of a sales contract, the purchase of 1 new truck with a custom-made body for the University of Pecs.as specified in the technical description.

The vehicle can only be new. In this regard, a new motor vehicle is considered to be a motor vehicle that has not been put on the road either in Hungary or abroad, has not been a demonstration vehicle, or has not been used as a test vehicle.it must be handed over with a registration number.

All costs of the registration tax and the registration fee are borne by the winning bidder and are part of the bid price.

The vehicle to be delivered must comply with the 6/1990. (IV.12.) KoeHEM decree (for placing road vehicles on the road and in trafficon the technical conditions of the rt) of the regulations in force.
