Tender Details

With this request for tenders, the welfare area of ​​Vantaa and Kerava (hereafter the Client) requests a tender for transportation organized in accordance with the Disability Services Act (VPL) and the Social Services Act (SHL) and taxi trips for veterans and order brokerage services related to the transport service.windy service provider who is responsible for providing the service defined in the user license agreement and its appendices in its entirety.

The service package of the agreement includes the reception, consolidation, forwarding of orders for passenger transport, organization and supervision of transport services, and max.public transport and reporting. A more detailed description of the procurement can be found in attachment 2 Service description.

The contract period is 1 June 2024 31 May 2026. After the contract period, the contract can be extended by one (1) two (2) year option period.

Based on the tender, a framework arrangement will be formed between the Service Providers selected for it. A maximum of three (3) Service Providers are included in the framework arrangement for both sub-sites. Each customer chooses from the Service Providers involved in the framework arrangementas based on their individual needs, judgment and the suitability of the service offered, the most suitable for them. The transportation service customer can freely change the Service Provider they use during the contract period....
