PROCUREMENT Transportation Services for the 5TH Regional Travel Fair
The Tourism Promotions Board (TPB) will conduct the 5th Regional Travel Fair on 21-24 August 2019. The Travel Fair will be a 4-day event that will showcase a 2-day Business-to-Consumer (B2C) selling of domestic packages, Pre-tour, a half-day Business-to-Business (B2B) and forum, to be participated in by invited DOT accredited tour operators nationwide. This is also a great opportunity to sell other domestic tour packages in time for the coming lean season.

-c August 18, 2019 (TPB Secretariat) Two (2) vans
One (1) van during the arrival and whole day use of TPB Secretariat
One (1) Luggage van during the arrival only
-c August 19-25, 2019 one (1) van TPB Secretariat
Note: On August 21, 2019 van will be used for TPB back-up vehicle for the (Pre-tour in Bukidnon and White River Rafting)

3. Route: Cagayan de Oro City and airport transfers
4. Inclusive of Accommodation and meals of driver
5. Inclusive of gasoline and overtime
6. Well uniform drivers
