1. The Municipal Government of Palanas, through its General Fund CY 2026, intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Transformers and Various Pole Line Hardware (See Technical Specifications). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Palanas now invites bids for the Procurement of Transformers and Various Pole Line Hardware (See Technical Specifications). Delivery of the Goods is required for Fourteen (14) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
