1) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF ABRA, through the Budget for the Contract Approved by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY-SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY-TWO PESOS AND 60/100 (Php2, 537, 532.60) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF TRANSFORMER AND ELECTRICAL MATERIALS with Contract ID PGA-PGSO(CNLA25&26)-GDS01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF ABRA now invites bids for PROCUREMENT OF TRANSFORMER AND ELECTRICAL MATERIALS. Delivery of the Goods is required within sixty (60) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
