Various lamp heads, LED inserts, traffic management and control devices, cable tunnels, detectors, control devices, LED signs, signal lamp support poles and other poles, lighting fixtures, hardware elements of public lighting systems, as well as for all of these acquisition of related accessories, additional elements and parts. 321/2015. (X. 30.) In view of the provisions of Section 46 (3) of the Government Decree (hereinafter: Cr.), the contracting authority draws attention to the fact that, if the subject of the public procurement has a clear and its comprehensible definition made it necessary to refer to a thing, process, activity, person, patent or trademark of a specific make, origin, type, the designation was made only in order to clearly define its object nature, and in addition to designation, "or equivalent" is understood in all cases.
