Dear Mr. Sukrisman:
1. The Department of Tourism (hereinafter called “Procuring Entity” has received financing (hereinafter called “funds”) from General Appropriations Act 2025 (hereinafter called the “Funding Source”) toward the cost of Procurement of Tourism Destination Marketing Company for Indonesia. The Procuring Entity intends to apply a portion of the funds in the amount of Three Million Forty-Seven Thousand Six Hundred Thirty-Seven Pesos and 12/100 (PhP3, 047, 637.12) inclusive of applicable taxes and bank charges to eligible payments under the contract for DOT-BAC-REI No. 2025-004 for which the Bidding Documents is issued.
2. The Procuring Entity now invites bids to provide the Consulting Services for the Tourism Destination Marketing for Indonesia. More details on the services are provided in the Terms of Reference (TOR) for the project.
3. The Consultant shall be selected and employed in accordance with Quality-Based Evaluation (QBE) procedures as described in the Bidding Documents.
