- Procurement Management Division (PMD) will conduct an assessment and planning workshop to build a shared vision aligned to the Department-s mandate in accordance with the Republic Act No. 9184 and its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RA No. 9184 and its IRR), and comprehensively review the recently signed Republic Act 12009, known as the 'New Government Procurement Act, ' to prepare for its urgent implementation. This workshop aims to develop measurable targets that define success, identify opportunities, challenges and areas for improvement.
