Procurement tool with associated contract database The city of Västerås invites you to submit tenders in step 2 for the procurement of a comprehensive procurement tool with an associated contract database where the supplier has overall responsibility for the delivery. With overall responsibility refers to, among other things: Provision of the service which includes the required right of use. Introduction of the service. Adaptations, updates and new versions of the service-Migration of (if possible ongoing procurements) and agreements from current system. Configuration and parameterization of procurement tools and AI. Integration to spending tools, diary keeping systems, financial systems and ordering systems (Currently Expendio, Ciceron, Raindance and Visma Proceedo). Support and maintenance on the service.Education in Swedish.Documentation in Swedish.Statistics.Consulting services.Completion and handover. The service must be delivered similar to a municipal license, i.e. the cost of the service must be independent of the number of users.
