The Municipality of Sta.Cruz, Davao del Sur, through the General Fund of the Local Government Unit intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Peso(S) (Php 250, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Token: Customized Bucket Hat (FOR 126TH PHILIPPINE CIVIL SERVICE ANNIVERSARY.) /26-0988.
Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC of each lot/entire project and/or the cost per item, shall not be accepted.
