The Municipality of Bindoy, through the General Fund for CY2026 of the Office of the Municipal Mayor (Shop), intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Seventy-Tree Thousand Two Hundred Pesos & 00/100 (₱473, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for to Procurement of Tires for Municipal Heavy Equipment for Office of the Municipal Mayor (Shop) of Bindoy, Negros Oriental. Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
