PROCUREMENT OF TIRES (3RD QUARTER)
1) The Local Government Unit of Sumilao, through the MOOE, 2026 (Different Offices) intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Twenty Six Thousand Two Hundred Pesos (Php626, 200.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for Procurement of Tires (3rd Quarter) at Sumilao, Bukidnon or under the contract for this lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Sumilao, now invites bids for the Procurement of Tires (3rd Quarter) using the Republic Act 12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). Delivery of the Goods is required 15 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed Bidders should have completed, at least Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
