Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 01. The Tenderer must have general experience of 03 (Three) years of supply of goods.02. The Tenderer must submit satisfactory completion certificate of supply of Tire-Tube/ Motor Vehicle Spare Parts amounting not less than TK 3.00 (Three) Lakh only as a prime contractor in a single contract within last 05 (Five) years.03. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be TK 5.00 (Five) Lakh only which shall be supported by a bank statement and the statement or credit facilities should not be before tender publication date in the e-GP Portal. Tenderer who will submit credit facilities from the bank should submit a letter of commitment for banks undertaking a line of credit (form e-PG2-7).04. Tenderer must submit up-to-date valid Trade License, VAT Registration certificate & TIN certificate with up-to-date income tax return certificate/ acknowledgment slip.05. The Tenderer must take the old tires of the tendered tires. In price schedule the tenderer must quote the price of each tire by adjusting the old tire price.06. Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.07. All other terms & Conditions are available in the tender document.
