Three-Wheeler Service Vehicle
1.The Barangay Government of Cupang Antipolo City, through General Fund of 2026 Annual Budget intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION & FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (2, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment for PROCUREMENT OF THREE (3) UNITS THREE-WHEELER SERVICE VEHICLE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.
2.The Barangay Government of Cupang now invites bids for the Supplies & Materials for PROCUREMENT OF THREE (3) UNITS THREE-WHEELER SERVICE VEHICLE. Delivery of goods/unit is required 5 days after award of contract. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project.
3.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules & Regulations (IRR) of the Republic Act No. 9184 (R.A. 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
