Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) Updated Trade Licence, VAT Registration Certificate, TIN, NID, Income Tax Certificate, Bank Solvency Certificate, (b) Minimum General Experience-3 years (c) The Minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of similar goods of at least 2(two) contracts successfully completed within the last 5(five) years each with a value of at least 2 crore 10 lac tk. (d) minimum Supply of therapy equipments 50 pcs last 5(five) years in a single work order (e) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit lines or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 5 crore 60 lac (Bidder must be submitted bank statement or credit facilities letter from the scheduled bank).
