1) The Provincial Government of Bohol, through the budget for the contract approved
by the Sanggunian through an appropriation ordinance for the year 2026 intends
to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Twenty-five Thousand Pesos Only
(P 1, 625, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under
the contract for Procurement of Tests and Assay Kits for Use of Provincial Health
Office (2026-000544). Bids received in excess of the ABC for each item shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Bohol, through the Provincial Procurement Management
Unit, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is
required within 30 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have
