Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be 05 (Five) years.(b) The Tenderer shall have specific experience of similar works (Safety Valve Testing) under a Single Contract in any Power Plant with contract value of at least Taka 6, 00, 000/- (Six Lac), succesfully completed within last 03 (Three) years.(c) Any Tenderer authorized by other experienced company (Having safety valve test experience) can participate in this tender. Experience of the Authorizing Company (Having safety valve test experience) will be considered as the experience of the Tenderer upon submission of End user Certificate/Work completion Certificate/Final acceptance certificate etc. In that case, Tenderer must submit a Commitment Letter/Authorization Letter/Contract Document from the Authorizing Company during tender submission, stating that they will furnish the testing works on behalf of Tenderer.(d)The Tenderer must submit a certificate issued by ISO/ ASME/any other recognized certification body stating that the Tenderer/Authorizing Company is capable of inspection/pressure test of HRSG/Boiler during Tender Submission.(e) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Taka 6, 00, 000/-(Six Lac), on or after the date of publication of IFT.
