DSB shall procure a new emergency network, based on service procurements in commercial mobile networks. In order to be best prepared for the procurement, DSB needs a test and development platform that consists of both ICT infrastructure and mobile network. Relevant MCX system tenderers will be invited to connect to their services on this platform, so that DSB can test practical systems, check configurations etc. and thus be best prepared for the upcoming procurement of a new emergency network. A framework agreement shall be signed with 1 tenderer.
