Description : 1. The MUNICIPALITY OF TERNATE, CAVITE, through the 20% Development Fund of the Municipality of Ternate, Cavite intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION PESOS (P 4, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Tents for Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Related Activities. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected in bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Ternate, Cavite now invites bids for the Procurement of Tents for Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Related Activities Delivery of GOODS is required to be completed within 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within two years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is committed in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instructions to Bidders.
