INVITATION TO BID FOR TEN (10) UNITS PATIENT WARMING DEVICE
ITB NO.: 2026 - PATIENT WARMING - 101
1) The JOSE R. REYES MEMORIAL MEDICAL CENTER, through the GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT 2026 (GOP) intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (₱4, 200, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for TWENTY (20) UNITS MANUAL PEDIATRIC BED (CRIB). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The JOSE R. REYES MEMORIAL MEDICAL CENTER, now invites bids for FOUR MILLION TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (₱4, 200, 000.00) using the LIFE CYCLE ASSESSMENT (LCA) AND LIFE CYCLE COST ANALYSIS (LCCA). Delivery of the Goods is required 30 CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders should have completed, at least 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
