The Police Regional Office 8 (PRO 8) through its Bids and Awards Committee, intends to undertake the “Procurement of Ten (10) Pieces of Concealed Bulletproof Vest for Tacloban City Police Office” with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) amounting to Two Hundred Forty-One Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Pesos (PhP241, 670.00) thru Small Value Procurement in accordance with Section 34 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of R.A. No. 12009 or the New Government Procurement Act.
