Procurement of temporary services within health The purpose of the framework agreement is to cover the Employer's need for the hiring of health personnel to ensure proper operation of the Armed Forces' health services, cf. State Employees Act § 11 and regulations on hiring from staffing companies § 3. The agreement primarily covers the hiring of doctors and nurses, who constitute the most significant need. The hired doctors will primarily assist with carrying out health checks of people who have been called in for a session. In addition, the agreement covers the hiring of other healthcare personnel with authorization according to § 48 of the Healthcare Personnel Act, including, but not limited to, health secretaries, pharmacists, psychologists and other healthcare personnel.
