IB-2026-036-GOODS-MISS
1) The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA), through the 2026 LOCAL FUND Regular 2026 CURRENT intends to apply the sum of Two Million Three Hundred Sixty-Six Thousand Pesos Only (PHP 2, 366, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Technical Software Licenses for PPSDS-OAGMP. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) now invites bids for the Procurement of Technical Software Licenses for PPSDS-OAGMP. Delivery of the Goods is required Thirty (30) Calendar Days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
