1) The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA), through the RA 12314 GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT Regular 2026 CURRENT intends to apply the sum of
Twenty-Eight Million Three Hundred Thirty-Six Thousand Pesos Only (Php 28, 336, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Technical Software Licenses for MMDA Offices. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) now invites bids Procurement of Technical Software Licenses for MMDA Offices. Delivery of the Goods is required Ninety (90) Calendar Days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
