Tender Details

a) The subject of the performance will also be comprehensive training in the scope of 4 hours provided once at the place of performance. The contracting authority requires that the content of the training should be, in particular (note that the content of the training may differ depending on the part of the public contract for which the supplier submits an offer):

- working with cameras, sound technique, recording and online transmissions.

-management of the video conference system switching shots, management of microphones and engagement of participants.

-WiFi network administration SSID, VLAN, access control, QoS management.

- diagnosis and solution of common problems troubleshooting, system restart, user management accounts.

The manuals will include:

a detailed description of the functions and operation of the systems,

procedures for basic maintenance and troubleshooting,

otechnical documentation and contacts at support.

b) The contracting authority requires that the selected suppliers of individual parts of the public contract ensure the complete installation and commissioning of the technological equipment, including SW connection of all 76 educational centers, i.e. 14 regional educational centers and 62 district centers (IPVS). Supplier will ensure complete assembly and connection of all components in accordance with the contractor's methodology, while full compatibility of all devices and their corresponding functionality must be ensured for the purposes of education, training and retraining.
