1) The West Visayas State University, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Eleven Thousand Fifty Pesos (Php1, 011, 050.00) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Technical and Scientific Equipment (Portable UV-VIS Spectrophotometer. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The West Visayas State University now invites bids for Procurement of Technical and Scientific Equipment (Portable UV-VIS Spectrophotometer using the [State strategic consideration or procurement strategy, if any]. Delivery of the Goods is required 45 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
