As such, may we request for quotation for the following:

A) Tarpaulins - 8x10 Ft., 3 pcs.

B) Tote Bags with Prints 14x16", 100 pcs.

C) Approved Budget for the Contract - Php 15, 000.00

D) Mode of Payment: Cheque Payment upon receipt of billing after the event.

E) Deliver must be done before the activity at the OWWA MIMAROPA Provincial Office, BLC Green Building, Corner Rizal Avenue, Bgy. Tanglaw, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan
