Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR

THE PROCUREMENT OF TARLAC PROVINCIAL JAIL INMATES- FOOD SUPPLIES FOR 1ST QUARTER 2022

(CY 2022 EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY)

1. The Provincial Government of Tarlac through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Million Nine Hundred Seventy-Four Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos Only (PhP 3, 974, 800.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Tarlac Provincial Jail Inmates- Food Supplies for 1st Quarter 2022 / B-G-2021-222. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Tarlac now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required from January 2022 to March 31, 2022. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
