The Municipal Government of Tuba, Benguet Province thru its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites Contractors to bid for the hereunder project/s:

Description : Purchase of custom-made/tailored Benguet Native attires to be used during special occasions in the municipality.

Delivery Period : Sixty (60) days upon receipt of NOA
NOTE: LOT BIDDING

NOTE:
1. Winning bidder to coordinate with the Mayor`s Office for sizes, measurements and sample designs.
2. Color of women`s attire be the same color with the coat for men.
Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last two (2) years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding, and have key personnel and equipment (owned, leased or under purchase) available for the prosecution of the project. The Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary -œPASS / FAIL- criteria. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.
All particulars relative to Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference(s), Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR).

Eligibility Document and Bid Documents will be available only to prospective bidders upon payment of a non-refundable amount of One Thousand Pesos (Php 500.00) to the Municipal Treasury Office, Tuba, Benguet.
The Municipal Government of Tuba, Benguet Province assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the bid.
