Description : 1) The Municipal Government of Baler, through the SPECIAL EDUCATION OF FUND CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION NINE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PhP 2, 900, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF TABLET FOR LEARNERS (MGB-2026-ITB-025).. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Baler now invites bids for the PROCUREMENT OF TABLET FOR LEARNERS (MGB-2026-ITB-025). Completion of the Works required is SIXTY (60) CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents particularly in Section II Instruction to Bidders.
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
