Tondo Medical Center, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure the project Procurement of Tablet with an Approved Budget for the Contract of One Hundred Five Thousand Pesos (PhP 105, 000.00) through Section 34 Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009.
