Procurement of T-shirts with print to be used as uniform for UAQTEA Scholarship Trainees at PTC - Sindangan (good for 350 pax).

The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), through the TESDA-PTC Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte will undertake a Small Value Procurement for the -œProcurement of T-shirts with print, to be used as uniform for UAQTEA Scholarship Trainees at PTC - Sindangan (good for 350 pax)-, in accordance with Section 53.9 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulation of Republic Act No. 9184.

Please submit your quotations/proposals duly signed by you or your authorized representative not later than 5:00 o-clock in the afternoon of April 25, 2019 for the item described at Annex -œA- subject to the Terms and Conditions attached to this Request for Quotation (RFQ).

Interested suppliers are required to submit copies of the following as per Annex -œH- of the 2016 Revised IRR along with your quotation/proposal:
