The Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur, through the General Fund of the Local Government Unit intends to apply the sum of Seventy Six Thousand Five Hundred Peso(S) (Php 76, 500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of T-Shirt With Print, Acrylic Medals And Table Calendar (FOR PROMO COLLATERALS.) /25-1578 - 1578-B.
Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC of each lot/entire project and/or the cost per item, shall not be accepted.
