The city of Vantaa requests an offer for the procurement of survey research services. The city of Vantaa annually conducts several resident and customer surveys of different sizes and aimed at different target groups. For this need, the service provider surveys are tendered for development in cooperation with the customer, for the planning and implementation of surveys applying the customer's internal instructions, and for analyzing and reporting the results. From the perspective of service development and targeting, it is important to get regular information about residents' and customers' needs and experiences related to services. The goal is also to get information about what their experience of the effectiveness of the services is like, i.e. whether the service has produced added value for them.
