1. The Philippine Army, through the General Appropriations Act 2025 (RA 12116 - Continuing) with Advice of Sub-Allotment (ASA) Nr 2100-2026-1101 valid until 31 December 2026 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY-TWO THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SIXTEEN PESOS AND FIFTY CENTAVOS (PhP2, 382, 316.50) under Armor Div SBAC (TRACOM) PB-15-2026 for the Supply and Delivery of Materials for the Procurement of Support for the Enhancement of SC Classroom (HSS Classroom) ITG being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC). Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
