Description of the provision: The purpose of this contract is the rental supply of Christmas lighting and decorative elements, from the current year to 2026, including the associated services of transport, installation, assembly, maintenance and dismantling thereof. The scope of this supply includes the locations of the Market Central de Tarragona, last section of the Rambla Nova and Passeig de les Palmeres in the city of Tarragona. The contract is of a mixed nature, since they buy, on the one hand, the rental supply of the elements subject to the contract, and, on the other hand, the associated services mentioned in the previous point. In accordance with article 18.1.a) LCSP, the contract qualifies as a supply contract, given that, according to the economic report included in the file, the estimated value corresponding to the supply provision is higher than the estimated value of the services associates
