In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the Barangay Local Government of Unit of Buhing Calipay, San Isidro, Surigao del Norte Bids and Awards Committee now invites interested supplier to participate in the negotiation for the Supply and Delivery of one unit motorcycle (barako), source of fund from BLGU to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED TWO THOUSAND PESOS (Php102, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “Supply and Delivery of one unit motorcycle (barako) in accordance with section 53.1 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
