1) The Bustos Water District, through the 2026 Corporate Budget for the contract approved by the governing Boards intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos (Php 2, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Electro-mechanical Equipment for Malamig 2 Pumping Station. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
