Procurement for the Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of Air Disinfection Purification Device with Plasma Technology
1. Eversley Childs Sanitarium and General Hospital intend to procure Air Disinfection Purification Device with Plasma Technology, with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Seven Million Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (PhP 7, 750, 000.00).
2. Eversley Childs Sanitarium and General Hospital Bids and Award Committee (BAC) now invite technically, legally, and financially capable suppliers for the said project, which will be conducted through Negotiated Procurement for Two-Failed Bidding pursuant to Section 53.1 of 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
3. The selection of the successful offer shall be based on the best and final offer that will be submitted on the set deadline to the BAC and which would meet the minimum technical specifications required.
