Terms and Conditions:
1. With DA logo and labelled “Not for Sale” printed on bag (see attached format)
2. Product must be FPA Registered
3. Supplier must issue certification that they can deliver the volume and quantity within the prescribed period
4. Certificate of warranty for 3 months from the date of delivery and to be replace any damage and underweight packaging upon delivery within 7 calendar days
5. With attached brochure (protocol) of the product offered indicating the dosage and timing for vegetables (Foliar Fertilizer)
6. Supplier must conduct orientation / briefing on the product protocols for beneficiaries (foliar fertilizer)
7. Full payment upon complete delivery; and
8. Transport and Hauling cost are inclusive on the price per unit
